Lisa helped us find a great pair of shoes for my Mum. Good old fashioned customer service is still alive! They have a great range, are knowledgeable and attentive. I loved how Lisa stayed with us the whole time until we left with our shoes. I intend to continue to shop here, even though I don't live in Caloundra.

The best service in a shoe shop or perhaps any shop in a long time. They offered to order some shoes in for me and ring me when they arrived. I thought “promises, promises” but within a week they had arrived. Amazing.

Thank you to the lovely lady at Shannon shoes that went to great lengths to find the right shoes for my concert. Nothing was too much trouble & she was so happy to help. It was wonderful to have customer service & be made to feel important. My purchase was partially funded by a voucher that Shannon shoes had donated to a fundraiser for Breast Cancer. It is good to support businesses that support others. Thank you Shannon Shoes.

The Staff at Shannon's Shoes are lovely, friendly and willing to help with inquiries.They provide excellent service and stock an excellent variety of well known brands. Online shopping is easy with Hassle-free returns and refunds are speedy. I will purchase again from them.

I was very happy with my experience shopping on line with Shannon’s Shoes. My initial purchase arrived promptly but when I realised I had ordered the wrong size the staff were very helpful and very prompt with the exchange. I would highly recommend them.

What a gem of a store! We visited Shannon's Shoes on our holiday to Caloundra and it was so lovely to see different shoes to what are seen in the usual shopping centre shoe stores. Customer service was wonderful - very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, fantastic range of brands, styles and sizes. I will definitely be back!

I have always been wary buying anything advertised on social media on-line. Once bitten, twice shy. I’ve purchased two pairs from Shannon’s shoes and both times it has been a great experience. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Delivery is fast. I will use them again and happily recommend them.

My mum and I have very narrow feet and the staff at Shannon’s Shoes knew exactly what shoes would be suitable. Mum bought 2 pairs of shoes (a rarity when you have narrow feet) - sandals and sneakers, with other suitable narrow options available. Excellent choices and professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
